Ingredients:

25 grames of pearl barley, extra-virgin olive oil, onion, 50 grames of bacon, broth, parsley, grated cheese.

Preparation:

Fry lightly 50 gramas of minced bacon with some onion, adding salt and pepper.

As soon as the onion takes some colour, add 25 gramas of barley, hot broth and cook everything for 20 minutes.
Then wait for a few minutes and add some chopped parsley and gated cheese.
