Ingredienti:

400 grames of chickling peas, extra-virgin olive oil, salt, about 80 gramas of tomato, sage, garlic and pepper.

Preparation:

Put 400 grames of chickling peas on a saucepan with some water for about 12 hours, then boil with two garlic cloves for at least 30 minutes. Fry lightly some sage, bacon, oil and pepper. As soon as the sautéd mixture is ready, add the (strained) chickling peas and brown them adding tomato cubes, salt, pepper and hot pepper (optional.)
