Ingredients:

250 gr. of Spelt, extra-virgin olive-oil,

100 gr. of minced meat, celery, carota, onion, salt,

pepper, small cube tomato, beef tea, parmesan.

Preparation:

Have the celery, the carrot and the onion minced

thinly browned the meat and season with oil, salt and pepper. Add the tomato and cook for 15 minutes.

Put the spelt in cold water and bring it to the boil for

10 minutes.

After draining it join it to the seasoning and cook everything for 20 minutes, adding beef tea if necessary.
