Ingredients:
25 gm. of pearl barley, extra-virgin olive oil onion
50 gr. of bacon, beef tea, parsley,grated parmesan.
Preparation:
Brown the minced bacon with the onion and the oil adding salt and pepper. As soon as the onion takes colour, add the barley, the hot beef tea and cook for
20 minutes.
Remove from the fire, let it rest for some minutes
and add parsley and cheese.
