Lenticchie Stufate

Ingredients:

400 gm. of lentils, 2 onions, 1-2 celery stalks,

100 gm. of bacon, 2 carrots, 60 gm. of extra-virgin

oil of olive, parsley, salt and pepper.

 

Preparation:

Put the lentils in a pot with cold water, bring it to the boil boil and boil the lentils.

Brown the onion, the carrots and the celery in

extra-virgin olive oil.

Add the cut bacon to small cubes and have it cooked. Add a handful of minced parsley, salt and pepper.

Cook slow fire.

f necessary add water and beef tea.

Time of cooking 20/30 minutes.
